In my chart amk Venus is in 12th house in both d-1 and d-9 charts is it bad yoga?
And I am confusing regarding who is my amatyakarka? Moon or Rahu both are approximately in same degree?

I follow Sh KN Rao school of thought in Jamini Astrology who advocates for the use of 7 Jmini karaka (excluding Rahu)
So ur AmK is Moon who's posited in ur lagna.

Moon is in 5th house in lagna chart

And my atmakarka Venus is in 12 the house in lagna chart and d-9 chart.

What this indicates?

AK in 12H is an indicator of 2 things:
a) Some sort of foreign connection
b) a tendency of being spendthrift
But I observed that degree of ur lagna is 01-21 which is very low and given the birth was in night (very early morning) there may be some errors in noting TOB.
Plz ascertain the accuracy of ur TOB.
