Hi ,
Let me give you a simple concept to understand:-
planet in early degrees - you are not aware of what is right or wrong and thereby you do it and you learn that in the due course of your life
adult age - You know what is right or wrong and you have control over that
Old degrees - you know what is right or wrong but still you don't give much importance to that because you allow your mind to work (because the planet is in late degrees thereby its not able to throw its power to control it). Now apply this with respect to placement of planet in any house. For example, in your birth chart:-
1) Saturn is in 10th house and now apply old degree concept related to profession (10th house). There should be something happening with respect to your profession which you know its wrong/bothering you but still you are not able to come out of that or you struggling.. Planet at 29 degrees is at pressure thereby its not able to give his good results but since its exalted you will be able to handle that!
2) Moon and sun conjunction is not bad, it makes a person very determined as mind and soul are together.
Some experts can share their views on this, apologize if something is wrong (as i am learning astrology)

Good info on planets at various degrees. I have 6 planets at old age degrees always figuring out its potentials and my Saturn at adult age 8.++ exaltation but he is malefic in the 4th. I could really see that my Saturn is dominating my entire chart as most of the planet under his influence.
