Depends on the sign of the 7th house. Jupiter and Venus are both benefics though, so unless one of them was debilitated and aspected by a malefic, it may cause some kind of trouble.
In general I would say, no it doesn't cause problems, but obviously check the sign and aspects.
7th house in Navamsa is very important to look at for your marriage, so I would say a bad 7th house in Navamsa is worse than a bad 7th house in Rashi.
