As a beginner in astrology, I have a question.

I have often noticed contradictions in the same horoscope.

For example,
Cancer Asc; Ven in House 8

venus by itself in 8th is supposed to be good causing wealth and prosperity.
however, venus as the lord of 11th in 8th cause daridra yoga causing poverty.

how does one interpret this contradictory information?
