Marriage issues and extra marital affair possibility?

My cousin sister is having lot of troubles regarding marriage . She is such a sweet girl, its just annoying that her marriage is not happy.
Birth Details:
Wife:
DOB: 18th March 1986
TOB: 9:29 AM
POB: Bellary, Karnataka, IND

Husband:
DOB: 28th July 1982
TOB: 7:20 AM
POB: Haveri, Karnataka, IND

My cousin wants to work but her husband and her in-laws are not supportive. The husband is spendthrift and just spends whatever he earns. Her mother thinks that he may have an affair on which he is spending money. Please look into the charts and let me know some remedies if available.

Also note that the girl is a sensitive pshychic. She says that when she prays gets visions of her kuladevatha and some times answers for her queries. One such example is one of my cousin brother is struggling with everything in his life. He had struggles for completing his Masters, and he is still struggling to find a job, when his mother spoke to my cousin sister(whose birth details are above) she prayed and she told that our cousin brother has sarpa dosha. Sometime back when I had a look at his chart he indeed had kal sarpadosha with all planets and Lagna between Ketu and Rahu. Any pointers on the combination that makes her pshychic could also be helpful. I know this question is not related to marriages but felt like putting it through.

Thank RevribhavJi for your analysis. could you please give details on extramarital affairs if they exist in the husband's chart? They already have a 2+ yrs old daughter but still marital issues are present.

Some points on which I request your thoughts:
1. In husbands horoscope 6th Lord and 8th lord are conjuct in 7th house. In some cases having 6th lord in 7th has caused death/seperation of the spouse in the dasha of 6th lord. The dasha of 6th lord will start in August 2016 for her husband. Please give some details on how the dasha is going to be for the native's married life.
2. In Girl chart, 7th Lord venus is exalted in 12th house which is why husband is a spendthrift. I reckon she has to be clever in handling finances with husband in this case. Is there any other remedy of planets that can help?
