Sugar Intake

All my life I've hated sweet delicacies...stayed as far away from them as possible...even as a child, I despised sweet treats.
It's only recently...especially for a few months now...that I find myself heavily indulged in sugar induced product.
What could be causing this..and should I be worried about it? I'm just trying to be on the safe side so as to avoid sugar related health problems in the long run.

seems you are having "hidden issues" you cannot discuss freely? Sugar intake is sign of depression or to overcome anxiety, body needs to cope with the stress and what better than sugar to give energy!!
Are you by any chance under ketu Dasha?

Yes.
I'm suffering from severe anxiety and depression...obsessive compulsive thoughts and panic attacks, apart from other issues.
Yes, I'm under Ket MD and sade sati.

Did you go through some of my older posts or have you been on this forum before?

Reason I know this, I myself have been suffering from KMD from past 7 years!! experience speaks for itself, no book can teach you that
I do not know your details so cannot recommend much but in one line:
Ketu will only take what you desire the most in this material world: money, family or member in particular, fame, career etc..in my case it was money
Do not worry rest all will be fine once the dasha pass away. recite ganpati mantra, aum gam ganpataye namah...things will sort themselves before you know it. Then the good times roll!!

I am going through purely evil Ketu...who destroyed my immense wealth in 7 years!!
I had a good period before Ketu. I earned in crores!! lost all now in shares, I am now in debt of crores

I do not know of any gift, all I know is, I can analyse anything well, people, business, technology you name it !! apart from my own chart of-course I am as dumb as a zombie when it comes to analyzing or finding any fault!

Ya..Ket started well for me...gave me an upgrade in life..but took everything away in the 2nd half of the MD (just when my sade sati started). I fell flat on my face and haven't been able to recover. I made some crucial mistakes and took some major terribly decisions in the beginning of the MD..I was chasing material desires blindly and didn't realize I was going the wrong way. And now, there isn't a moment I don't panic fearing consequences.
I don't remember the last time I was happy...and,literally, haven't slept well in 2 years. I wish life would end.
