I personally dont think that right left dominance is characterized by planets. It might be causing the natural dominance..but from what i know its mainly due to development of left and right side brain...
I am naturally a right handed person but am starting to use the left hand for daily jobs, its much like writing for the first time
but i can tell the digits and wirte them slowly 
Kindly correct me if I am wrong anywhere.

Sorry to bump up an old topic but this seems interesting.
In my case, I'm cross dominant i.e. I prefer to use my left hand for certain tasks like writing, eating, batting. However, I use my right hand for holding the glass, wearing my wrist watch, bowling, holding a weapon or object like computer mouse etc.
Is there any relation to planets and their strengths when it comes to this?
