Is anybody able to provide clues on how to accurately construct these charts and what they mean?

D81
I have heard this is your hidden fortune?
the D9 of the D9, when the percent progressed into a pada multiplied by 30 is once again used to find D9, the D81 is found.
Is that true and what does the chart mean?

D108
108 is a sacred number
this is said to be the next birth
is this the drekkana of the D27?

D144
the D12 of the D12
hidden losses, ultimate liberation
preferably this chart should be weak.

D150 & D300
Used in nadi astrology and for determining the sex of the individual?

Please note none of what I said is usable, they are all just as good as questions.
The reason for this post is to understand more techniques with which to rectify birth times and make accurate transit predictions.
