Lajjitaadi Avashtas Work?

Hi to all guru,

I'm currently studying "Lajjitaadi Avashtas", do this work? Some astrologers don't use it, some do. am really confuse whether to use it or not. for example, moon in scorpio. according to Lajjitaadi Avashtas moon is consider sleeping, can't do anything unless moon receives a neech bhang from mars. but some astrologer says moon is still okay just the way that the native access his emotional needs are different. Another example, moon in libra, moon is enemy to venus so moon is weak. is it really that simple? yeah maybe moon receives an aspects from jupiter. but let's discuss only to this accord.

Also according to Lajjitaadi Avashtas, is always better to have two uneven enemies aspects one another. for example sun in aries aspects saturn in libra can be fatal. but if one of them is weaker, sun wins the war and the native will have a better benefit.

Another one. if Saturn in aries in 4th and mars in capricorn in lagna. firstly is neech, secondly exchange houses and so mars win. Since saturn is weak so therefore during mars dasha. the native will prevail.

But the foundation of the lagna (mars in). is weak because saturn is debilitated but why in mars dasha, the native will prevail. Seems kind of weird to me and of course confusing. Can any Guru enlighten me on this?
