Marana Samaya Dosha - Death Dosha

Hello Learned Members,

I was curious to know how to identify if death happened in a bad time. I mean if the Tithi/Nakshtra/Vaara has bad influence on the death. One of my friend's brother-in-law has committed suicide, this was on 11th Sep 2013 around 11:30 AM in Secunderabad(Hyderabad). Now after 15 days his father has died (father-in-law to my friend, he was not keeping well and was around 78 yrs) death time - 26th September around 4 AM in Secunderabad. This makes me feel that both the deaths have Samaya dosha.

In my native place in Karnataka, people used to leave homes for a year or so if two deaths happen in a year.
