The planets in the 7th house in Rasi indicate the kind of spouse we are looking for or mentally seeking.Saturn in 7th indicate older spouse and this is a common fact that told in vedic astrology. However it is not always be that the person will go marry elder aged person than you. It's also can be indicate a very matured in their age.For example,steve jobs charts,he has saturn 7th house.His wife age is younger than him but has very matured look for her age.So i would like to know about the advanced astrology method to determine older spouse and matured spouse.what sign and planetary bring will bring these indication.
Saturn doesn't indicate older spouse, it indicates mature spouse. You can find more about physical appearance of the spouse by looking at where UL lord is placed in the D1 chart. If UL lord is saturn placed in the Capricorn, Aquarius you can assume the spouse will at least be older in looks.
Another way is to check the primary karma of the spouse, that way you can get an idea of his/her age. 10th from the 7th is your 4th house, if lord of the 4th is sitting in your 9th or 11th you can expect your spouse to be slightly older. If 4th lord sits in Ascendant, then your spouse will be of the same age as yours. If the 4th is in conjunction with saturn and sun in mature signs (sag, cap, aq) you can expect an older spouse.

From what I've read and learned from others, including some of the astrologers on this forum, the 7th house of D1 shows partnerships of all kinds, not just marriage. It shows our relations with others.
The 7th house/amsa of D9 or the 7th from AK there can give clues about the spouse.
The placement of, say, Sat or Jup there might be one of the indications of a mature spouse (apart from other indications like the one elipsis mentioned),
