Job Change

Hi,

I am currently in a software testing job and the pay is very less with which i am unable take care of my son.So would like to know if there is any change of getting a job in a MNC with a high pay? If yes then when you see it happening? . Also even after giving good performance there is no much recognition from my boss. My education is in technical field (B.C.A). Date of joining of the current company is February 2013. adding to this there are many more issues i am facing on a daily basis. So can someone please tell me when will i change my job to a better one. I know its too early for me to shift a job but the pay is the main criteria. My Dob 01 april 1982, Female, Bangalore, 01 :00 AM. Thanking you in advance.
