Happy Vijayadashami & Dassera to all!!!!

I am sort of unofficial match-maker in friend circle
Recently I matched these two charts for marriage:

I found the match to be fairly ok. 23.5/36; Moons in Samasaptam, Lagna in 1-1, Girl's Mars is 3rd frm Boy's Venus, but was surprised to know that it was rejected on grounds that Charts did not match.

Do the charts really do not match or am I missing something?
I was going through a post by Sri P.Srinivas. Rao wherein he mentioned that match between Moola & Revathi is recommended as both Rashi Lords(Ju/Ju) & Nakshatra Lords(Ke/Me) are friends.
Seems I can't post URLs, please look for "Compatibility" post by Rao Ji in this forum for reference.

Does the converse theory apply for given case as here Rashi Lords are Mars/Venus while Nakshatra Lords are Mars/Mercury?

There are numerous theories about acceptance or rejection,without opening the present charts,It may be that either bhakoot or nadi dosa might have been the ground.
