Abroad attributes present and 4th house shows coming back..!

Dear Learned Astrologers,

I need some advice regarding abroad residence. I've abroad prospects as well 4th house indicates ties to birth place. I'm little lost here.
My details:

Davangere - Karnataka - India

Wife's Details
16 Jan 1983
3:30 AM
Bijapur - Karnataka - India
75 E 42' 16 N 50' Jhora has multiple options for Bijapur location.

I'm currently running Rahu Mahadasha and I'm in UK, I came to UK as soon as Rahu MD started and another 2 yrs for settlement, I recently got visa extended for 2 yrs and will go to settlement in 2 yrs without any problem (fingers crossed, well hope so). I'm starting Ju AD in OCt 2012 which is placed in 4th house and then Sat AD which is exalted in 4th house. It makes me feel that I might be back to India by end of this year. However other aspects such as 7th lord, 9th lord and Rahu's MD makes me feel that the time abroad is going to extend. If I check my wifey's chart 4th Lord Sa is in 12th house which is like permanent birth place abandonment. The fourth house has Ma and has no aspect from benefics. Both the charts have strong chances for residence abroad and only my charts indicates some hope to come back to India.

I want to come back to India and stay with my parents. I'm not able to work out If I'l be able to come back for good and settle back in IND and when will be that time? Please advice.

Also currently my wife is in IND as we were blessed with baby girl in may 2012. It appears like the baby's passport processing is badly stuck in IND and is not progressing. Please let me know when they might be joining me back. I'm feeling they might either join me in Nov 2012 or I'l be back to IND for good if the baby's passport doesn't get through.

Your 4th house is stronger than Rahu in the 12th house. It may not be that favorable. It will be mediocre Dasha.

I think you staying in India is looking better. Your wife can also come back to india

Hello Karthik, Just a quick question. When you say back to IND by 2013 or 2014 do you mean going back is inevitable? or is it favorable to go back at that time? I want to push for some more years May be till mid of 2016. I'm pushing only because it would be good if I get citizenship, that way I'l not have to fight for visa to work in developed countries. Please advice.
