The word Bali confused me.It is infact a pooja done on the day of ashlesha nakshathra.
It is performed as a shanthi pooja for Sarpa Dosha (Naga Dosha).

From which place you belong to and where you are residing now.
There is another place in KERALA.
There you can get SARPA Bali performed in accordance the THANTHRA VIDHI proceedure.
(Please see THANTHRA VIDHI is different from the normal MANTHRA VIDHI.)
