Is this a case of bad exalted Jupiter?

Hello Everyone,

I have started to learn Astrology. As I started reading more, I found out that my Jupiter is badly placed (at least theoratically). It really took the wind out of me! I thought that Jupiter was the only good planet in my chart. My Jupiter MD was over long time ago. I have been through Jupiter and Saturn MD so far. I was born under Jupiter MD and it was really smooth. Saturn MD was painful, but it was an eye opener. With the grace of God, current Mercury MD is much better career wise. Can someone please tell me when will I feel malefic effect of lord Jupiter?

Jupiter placed in 2nd and is exalted. It aspects 8th house Venus and 10th house Mercury (LL). Mercury (LL) is debilitated.
