most benefic Ju & Ve in 8H

Dear Friends,

I would like to know what happens when the most benefic planets Ju and Ve are in 8H.
Again, Venus is LL and also owns 6H, is placed in 8H, giving Vipareet-raj-yog.
Also there is parivartan between Sun(9H) and Sat (4H), both are enemies, but here Sa is Retro and is also yogakaraka for Ta lagna.
Is the child also maglik as mars is in 2H from Lagna, with 7th aspect from both Ju and Ve.
