Dear Learned Members:

Please be kind enough to enlighten me as to the effects of Sadesati for people whose Lagna/Rashi are Tula/Makara/Kumbha. Some people say since Saturn is exalted in Tula, the effect of Sadesati for people with Tula as Lagna or Rashi is very less or negligible.
