You've written it all. 2L exalted Sun is placed in 11H with exalted LL Moon. Further 11L Ven is also exalted.
Indu Lagna is Capricorn which contain debilitated (but neechbhang) Jup. So Indu lagna promises financial prosperity. SAv score of 11H is 26 while 2H contain 30, which again indicate gud financial prosperity.
From Moon again 11H contain exalted Ven.

There's no clearcut Yes or No as there're multiple influences runnign parallely. See:
1. Jup is debilitated but neechbhang as aspected by its dispositor Sat. But Sat is rerto.
2. In D-9 Jup is exalted (again neechbhang) but here again it is conjunct Sat.
3. In Shadbala Jup is weakest but in it got 7 points (excellent) in Ashtakvarga with 27 points 9avg) in Capricorn.
4. In D-10, Jup is 10L placed in 11H in friend sign but also aspected by 8L Sat.
So there're gud points but also restricting points. So I feel it will be mixed results.
The results will be modified by the ADs or PDs. From May 2012 there'll be PD of Sat. Taking Jup as Lagna, Sat is LL & 2L placed in 11H. This time shd give u monetary gains. Lets watch these results as the same are likely to be there from 2014 for 1.5 yrs.

Yes Hora chart is seen for the wealth but in general Hora chart planets are in the hora of Sun or Moon. So we cant deduce more from it. So there're some other methods of casting hora charts, which indicate money.
Now as these methods are not commonly practiced so the determinants for money are as follows:
1. Indu lagna signifies wealth
2. 2L is accumulated money & 11H is income
3. Jup is significator for money
4. Connections of 2L/5L/9L/11L are dhan yogas.
