Time of Marriage & Marital Happiness

Long time I posted on the forum. This below chart is one of my friend's brother, parents are seriously searching for the prospective brides but none are being finalized yet. Please analyze the chart wrt Timing of the marriage, its their question. However after I had a look at it I suspect something related to marital happiness

Data: 9th July 1982; 14.33(PM); Mulbagal(78E24, 13N10)

Rasi Chart:
Venus the indicator of happiness & lagna lord is in 8th house in the NK of Moon, Moon in the Nk of Mars unaspected but Mars the Lord of 7th house in 12th house in the Nk of Moon; There is a Nk exchange between Moon & Mars but the placement of Mars is quite annoying being the lord of 7th & also 2nd

Mars is placed with 4th & 5th Lord Saturn(Planetary war) in 12th house
Jupiter aspects the 7th house completely

Navamsa Chart:
Mars is again the lord of 7th house, deeply debilitated in 3rd house, Its again placed with Saturn 9th & 10th lord
Sun is exalted but in 12th house being the lord of 4th house
Venus, Mars & Saturn are in almost close conjunction

Can someone please analyze from the marital happiness POV and also gains & losses after marriage POV?

Marriage would happen this year after Mercury antara.
Ketu would give marriage. During March there would be some good proposals.
Happiness would be less due to placement of Mars and lagna lord Venus.
