Greetings esteemed peers! My question is how to understand what careers and true path (10th house) are better suited for me and how to interpret that between my rising and moon lagna's and what the difference is between looking at career from them both? From my Aries rising, I have Venus, lord of the 2nd and 7th in my 10th in Capricorn. Saturn the lord of my 10th and 11th is in my 6th house in Virgo tightly conjunct lord of of 1st and 8th Mars. Saturn and Mars are both retrograde.
I have made most of my money in food, health, medical, consulting, herbal medicine and what the federal government would consider illegal activity (medical cannabis) which I consider slightly belonging to the 8th house. I am tired of all of that and am feeling the need to follow my dreams pursue a career in music, specifically singing and piano.
BUT ...
I also have this desire to pursue astrolgoy. From my moon I think it shows I could be more of an astrologer. Moon Lagna is in Aquarius, and making that the first house shows that it is conjunct lord of the 5th (consciousness) and 8th (astrology) Mercury. Saturn lord of the 1st and 12th houses is in the 8th (astrology), tightly conjunct Mars Lord of the 3rd and 10th (career). Saturn and Mars is both retrograde and Saturn is in a Parivatna? (exchange of signs) with Mercury. I think all of this 8th, 1st and 10th house connections show promise for astrology.
What do you think? What is my true career and path?
