The site is up and running now. We have been able to recover most of the posts as well as user ids. Some of you may have lost a few posts here and there but that was inevitable.

When you log in use the pass word you had before october 18.

The chat room may not be visible but when you click on mini chat on the top right side of the page you will be able to enter the chat room.You can also click ...who is chatting and you will see the chat room.

People who have had their user names missing, my request is to register afresh and once again sorry for having to put you through that trouble.

Thanks for all the encouraging messages and also for your patience.

Since the damage was a bit heavy it took some extra time.

Have a happy time discussing Jyothish.

Hi Everyone,
Yes, as Ramanan says we are back! and many thanks to Ramanan ji and Spidey ji and Bharatan ji (tech wizard friend of Ramanan's) for many long hours of hard work figuring out what went wrong with the database of our forum. Also, thanks to others who offered to help.

In the end we were able to fully recover everything from the date of our last backup October 18th, so at most we've lost 2 days of posts since we started having problems on October 20th, plus 9 days of down time up until today. We're very sorry for this downtime and lost posts and thank you all for your patience and kind well wishes while we worked on it.

They say that, "What doesn't kill you strengthens you" and we're stronger as a result of this. Now security systems are in place for better and more frequent automated backups so this won't happen again. Namaste, Vaughn Paul

As Rahu advances in Scorpio and as Saturn went combust, your Forum went down twice. Today, as Saturn is coming out of combustion, your Forum is running again! It appears to me that there is some problem with your Saturn and Rahu in Gochar. Please check your chart and do some remedies!

It was during CORONA that our site started having technical issues and it aggravated later.
Yesterday only I noticed that the LOVA forum is functional again Feel very happy .Congratulations to the entire team who worked to get the site back again.
