Indications of Financial-indebtedness

Dear All,
Repayment of money borrowed is a major cause of concern for many people.Debt may be taken for purchasing property,education,marriage,medical expenses.... so on.What are the yogas/planetary position to indicate that the person will borrow money & repay it successfully without disturbing his mental peace.
IMo some of the yogas which cause indebtedness
1 Kemadrum Yoga
2 1st lord in 6 th house or 11th lord in 12th house
3 Mars in 6th house or aspecting 6th house
Also considering 'Bhavatbhavam'principle 5th house being 12th from 6th become house indicating loss/outflow due to borrowing,will a benific at 5th house or aspecting 5th house will minimize the outflow?
Sometimes getting finances byway of loan indicates that the person is creditworthy as mostly the loan is given after judging the ability to repay so which planets cause debt?which planetary positions or strength of houselords or it's dispositor is considered for judging repayment capacity.
Lastly what are the charts to lookfor besides d1 chart.
