Its interesting to note that the native got job in the AD of Jup and it is generally possible when that very planet is either in Lagna of D-10 or in 10H. In given chart Jup is in 12H which does not connect.
So I've changed the chart by 1 min & in D-10 Jup came to Lagna of D-10.
Acc to this chart now the native shd have a very gud time starting from today (Feb 25th).
However the duration of this work can be very small but after Sept 2016 the native will certainly have a gud time (regarding career) in the AD of Sat (which is placed in own sign in D-10)

I tried matching some of ur life events with chart. Though timeline is fairly matching life events but I'm not sure how you get married at the ag eof 21 which Sat is connecting to ur 7H in D-1 & D-9. There shd have been delay upto 25 yrs.
Anyway, your Sat dasha will be gud.
In D-10, it is placed in own sign in 11H of gains. It is conjunct Rahu and Moon. Rahu in 11H generally gives money through speculation.
In D-9, again Sat is gud, being vargottam it is strong. It is aspected by 11L Jup.
However this time may not be very gud for vehicles as Sat is debi in D-16. So you shd take care while driving or in journeys.

You're talking of 15 yr old career i.e. somewhere around 2001 you started it (the present one) .
This was the time for your Ven Mahadasha to start (Ven started from Mar 2001).
Ven is exalted in your D-10 and this is one of the best time for your career.

The accuracy of this science depends on the accuracy of the birth time.
With given TOB I get Capricorn Asc 2-33 with Rahu in it.
Now you're reporting struggle from last 10 yrs which were the MD of Rahu.
Though its possible but with Rahu in 2H the chances for struggle are generally more.
Hence I wonder whether there can be any changes in ur TOB.
Can you plz share a few life events with timing so that I can ascertain ur TOB is correct.

One of the concern in ur chart is that the Ven is totally combust (on exact deg of Sun). This indicates some sort of frustration in relations. Further In D-9L, 8L Jup is in Lagna and the combust Ven is debilitated here. Ven is further afflicted by Sat & Mars.

Further 3L/4L Sat is also debilitated. Mer is exalted but in deep combustion.
The native's life can be anything but smooth.
In D-1 Ven is in 10H, In D-9 Ven is 10L and in D-10, Ven aspect 10H.
So for sure Ven has a very clear effect on native's career choice.
However I feel he shall get the full effects of Ven in its Maha dasha i.e.. in 2041 at the age of 43.
I cudnt see any combinations for fame but He'll gain a lot from career.

He was married in Sat-Ven dasha
Sat is debilitated in D-9 hence there may have been some initial problems in understanding and adjustment.
The future is good and as per dasha he'll have the fruits of his karma.
From Mar 22 onwards, there may be some positive developments in career and he may get some overseas assignment (Sat in own sign in D-10). Remember this time there may be some friction in ur relations (Sat debi in D-9) and this may be coz of Money (In D-9, Sat in exchange with 2L Mars)
