1. Lagna is 1-49 so before commencing further you must ascertain that ur TOB is correct. The power of this science depends on the accuracy of TOB.
2. Exalted Sat in Lagna is making Shahs Mahapurush yoga. However Sat is retro & moving away from its exaltation point hence its results may not be that much excellent.

a) D1 is Cancer ASC with Jupiter in lagna, LL Moon in 11H
b) D9 is Aquarius ASC again Jupiter in lagna, LL Saturn in 11H
c) D3 is Sagittarius with Jupiter in Lagna, swagrahi, all 4 kendras have planets (isn't D3 rather inaccurate??)
d) D10 also has Jupiter and Sun in Lagna, LL Mars forms Laxmi yoga in 9H with Cancer Moon
e) D30 is Capricorn ascendant, with Jupiter in 11H of Mars

Maha Lakshmi yoga in 5H meant the person didn't have to wait until old age to receive great blessings. All the prior life Punya Karma got activated and delivered quite early in life. Living a super-duper life, and is world famous.
BTW - to give credit where its due, this "reinforcement" thingy was mentioned by Khoo Hock Leong in one of his posts, though he wasn't specifically talking about it. It was also mentiond somewhere that Sagi ASC with Jupiter in Lagna may have short-to-medium lifespan, don't know how true that is.

1. You'll certainly have kids. You must recite the Santaan Gopal mantra on daily basis.
2. Upto Feb 2018 its better if u can continue with job as some of the next ADs (like PDL of Sat and next AD of Sun) are dbei in D-10 which is never a gud time for career.
3. Its not possible for me to predict about your husband by ur chart.

I cudnt see any combinations of settling abroad in ur chart.
There may be foreign travel in 2017 (after Mar 2017) in the AD of Moon (placed in 12H) & Mars (12L).

The TOB is dubious - Parents think its 4.25 am, the hospital birth record states 4.30 am and a Jyotish Vishaarad they had seen regarding the birth-chart used 4.15 to cast the horoscope - hence the confusion! Also, the place of birth is a small town in the Uttar Pradesh state of India, but it doesn't show up in Google maps
So I used the nearest town (Sonabhadra district) to cast a chart in Astrosage.com. However, I'm not entirely sure the placements it show, whether I'm reading them right...!

8L spoils the planets it is conjunct with. In ur chart Sun has not only spoiled the super exalted Mer but made it combust too (within 2 deg). But this does not mean that Mer will not give u any results rather it will be delayed or some sort of frustration will come in results of Mer.
