My Rahu dasa started recently from 4th Sep 2011. I am happy till 16th of this month and on 17th I received a phone call that a criminal case was booked against me in an event in which my involvement is zero.

Today I am away from my home waiting for anticipatory bail.

I am lighting sesame til lemon diyas in Durga temple in Rahukalam for the previous three days (which I learned from this thread - thanks to Saindhavi & exprorings for their guidance ). Today I performed special Rahu Ketu Pooja in Sri kalahasti & tomorrow I am visiting Durga temple in Vijayawada.

How will be my next days? Please throw some light on to my chart & guide me for the next 18 years of Rahu MD

Ra/Ke placed on 8/2 axis in Meena/Kanya (lords: Ju/Sat) rasi and Nakshatra of Mercury/Moon. Rahu is neutral but Ketu is downright malefic. Your Ra MD will expand the qualities of 8th house basically adversities.

You chart shows:
- Dispositor of Rahu, Jupiter is well placed in friendly sign of Leo in conjunction with ascendant lord.
- 7L is debilitated and vargottam. But its retro, a debilitated retro planet works as a normal planet but with delayed effects. Saturn is placed in enemy sign.
- Mars, which is Yogakaraka (the most auspicious planet) for Leo ascendants is debilitated in rasi and averagely placed in navamsa. 9L, which controls fate and fortune should not be debilitated.
- Venus is debilitated but receives neechbhanga from exalted Mercury.

Ra MD will be mixed... nothing bad will happen till May 2012 as Ju is transiting through 9H. Wife should take care of her health.

Have you done Kal Sarpa Shanti. If not get that done.

Remedies:
- Kal Sarpa Shanti and Saturday fast a must. Eat one time meal on Saturdays and do not consume onion or garlic.
- Durga Saptashati/Chandi Path honam and recital during any navratris (currently navratri is going on and if you are planning to visit Durga temple... you should get it done).
- Daily recital of Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, Hanuman Chalisa, and Kunjika Stotram (twice).
- Donate black things such as blanket, whole urad dal, etc. to poor.

Hanuman Chalisa and Bagalmukhi Strotra (twice) will help you with litigation.

Do not take unnecessary risks or raise issues with superiors. Lay low means just maintain a low profile, amicable behavior.... don't pick fights or disagreements. Rahu will give materialistic pleasures no happiness but he will give raises, etc.

Virgo ascendant with Rahu in 9th in Rohini, Venus and Mars in 4th, Sun in 2nd, Mercury and Ketu in 3rd, Saturn in 6th, Moon (Ashwini) in 8th and Jupiter in 10th in Mithuna.

I am on the verge of relinquishing everything that is material. Is this the right time or do I have to continue doing my loukik karmas. Please advise, I have been through untold sufferings in the past 5 years after having a glorious career. Please do help and guide. I am genuinely anxious to obtain an opinion as my own may be biased. financell: Saindhaviji and I had read and discussed your chart at length earlier... it looks very familiar but I can't seem to find the post.. maybe it got lost in the technical glitch we had in Oct. I shall analyze it later.

Your Ra/Ke are well-placed and your Ra MD will be good. You will start reaping the benefits of Ra MD after Dec 2012 when Ra is not longer debilitated. Any problems in Ra MD will be due to gochar effects and will be cleared after the transit.
