I’ve actually gone through phases where I felt sucked into the endless cycle of watching porn, especially during college when things got stressful or boring. What made a dent for me wasn’t just trying to quit cold turkey, but swapping mindless browsing for something a bit more interactive. When I started exploring things like online adult games, it weirdly gave me a sense of control and let me just focus on the story or gameplay, instead of just aimlessly scrolling through videos.
