Feedback Joydji - Have been offered a position with good 40% hike with a startup(200 odd people) last week, and I have resigned from my current company yesterday. The joining will most likely be in second week of September. Feeling anxious and tensed more than usual as I have not worked with small organizations in the past. Hope everything goes OK

vj-previously i mentioned the following in your job matter as-"Based on your given timing ,you will get a job in between 14-9-2018 to 01-11-2018 more positively.If it is not materialised means BTR is compulsory/
so NO need of BTR..proceed with your new job with new energies..
