Saturn in 10th house, GOOD or BAD ??

Hi
In my case. The sani in in lagna aspecting 10th house. In tenth house guru,mer,sun are there. My lagna is Mithun. The mercury in 10th is of meena, which is debilitated there.but in navamansh mer is in Kenya rashi. Neechabhanga happens. I was working since last 7 years. But considering the Chandra lagn I.e. makar rashi. The sani came in Tula that is 10th bhava. The problem started in carrer. And when it got vakri on 2nd march 2014 . Problem arises and on 7th march 2014 I have to left the job. I am under guru Maha dasha and mangal anter.

Till when I have to face this situation.
