Should wear gomed or not?

Please let me know if I can wear gomedh or not?

Rahu-Mercury in 11th house in Aries along with Sun & Moon Conjuction in 11th house.
Currently undergoing Rahu MD.

I used Gomed in Rahu-Jupiter. It gave me excellent results related to career & workplace but I was feeling very angry at the same time. Some minor health issues like body heat were alos noticed so I removed gomed.

I am planning to use Pearl as advised by my astrologer. Is it advisable in Rahu MD?

Alkalize your body more to alleviate bad Rahu and perform Hanuman puja on saturday. If this fails then try a gomed if you feel attracted to wear this.
