As I told you before, ancient Hindu astrology was purely nakshatra based and not rashi based. Rashis were introduced later. And Sarvatobhadra (all auspicious) Chakra is the oldest interpretary chart mentioned in the shastras. There is another one, the Sarvachancha Chakra. It looks exactly the same as SVB but is used to read all sorts of troubles (Chancha). I don't know how it is used or whether its just another name for the Sarvatobhadra Chakra. In this context you will notice that the SVB Chk uses the full 28 Nakshatras (including abhijit) and not 27. This was before the Nk map was divided into 27 nk so that the number becomes divisible by 3 and can accurately correlate to the 12 Rashi scheme without leaving any fractions. Thus Abhijit was divided between Uttarashadha and Shravana.

Friends , regarding Saddam's T.O.B. , please note that the time (8 15 ) is widely accepted and used effectively by many astrologers . Robert Svoboda has taught a technique to rectify birth times based on the nakshatra significations . Let me tell you that I do not believe in B.T.R. . But just for curiosity , i added 10 minutes to Saddams birth time , and the Lagna moved to Ardra Nakshatra from Mrigashira . You can also try this and see if it works for you .
