I also have the trine lords debilitated and have no planets in kendra from the moon in rasi and even in navamsa(except saturn in navamsa). I have neechabhanga though. I did not see most of the effects stated there. I have not been in poverty, in fact people have come to me for financial help and I have only helped them.
I am also running chandra dasa now, luck wise it was bad, though it is 9th lord with neecha bhanga, may be it showed the kemadruma effects.

I dont know people say moon should never get afflicted and also never be isolated. This would lead to only few choices. Moon can only be conjunct with benefics or be aspected by benefics or atleast be devoid of maleific comjunction or aspect.

Although i have moon in center in both in lagna and chandra chat. So i get some info that its only partial..

I got another information from internet which says KD is weakened or nullified when moon is in kendra:
Kema Druma Yoga is said to occur when there is no planet positioned in either second house or in the twelfth house from the planet Moon; or when there is no association of the planet Moon with the other planets apart from Sun, Rahu and Ketu; this planetary combination leads to the formation of Kema Druma Yoga in a Rashi. So, it also means that when no planet is lying in the cardinal house of a Rashi, this Yoga happens. The presence of Kema Druma Yoga in a person's Rashi results in making the native destitute of any form of education, intellectualness, prosperity, healthiness and knowledge. As an impact of this yoga, there are many complexities and difficulties in the native's life with lots of miseries. Lets explain this K/D yoga through a chart------DOB:-13-03-1963/ 12.40pm/ Mangalore.:-
In this jataka:-
No graha in 2nd and 12th to Chandra,
Chandra is not aspected by Guru or Shukra,
Kuja and Rahu in Chandras house( Karkataka Rashi ),
Shukra is in 4th to Chandra in papa rashi and papayuktha,
Kuja and Rahu in 10th to Chandra, here Kuja is neecha and nirbala,
Guru is Astha,
Chandra is with Kuja and aspected by Shani in navamsha,
Chandra is in the madya of papa graha in navamsha,
Chandra is not aspected by Guru or Shukra in navamsha,
Guru is astha and aspected by shani in rashi chakra,
Chandra rashyadipathi Shukra is along with Shani and Ketu , so Shukra is nirbala in rashi chakra,
Chandra navmshadipathi Shukra is with Ravi in Navamsha. So Shukra is nirbala.
Therefore, the native is effected by K/D yoga.
Phala is ---Parasthala vasa, Living in some others house other than the birth place, no nirdishta jeevana (proper) , cloudy jeevana, poverty, no marital happiness, virakthi jeevana, loneliness, sickness, work hard but no result, less memory shakthi, day to day income. With this , he can't have his own house or anything . So kashta, nashta jeevana. If Shubha graha is not there in kendra to chandra as well as to lagna and also no drishti by shubha graha to Chandra and lagna, then it is considered similar to Kema Druma yoga with due consideration of other planets .( I donot know whether u agree or not , it is left to ones understandings )
For eg:-
Karkataka Lagna
Chandra in lagna in ashlesha
2nd house-- Kuja , rahu, Guru
3rd---shani
5th ---Ravi, budha
6th---Shukra
8th---Ketu
Lagna and Rashi is same.
Adrashtaprada Lagna and Chandra are not aspected by any grahas. So Chandra and lagna became nirbala. Reason is -- Chandra manokaraka, lagna is Shareera.
Lagna indicates BAHYA PRAPANCHA JEEVANA( outside world, external world)
Chandra indicates AANTHARIKA JEEVANA( Internal)
Rahu has bitten Kuja and Guru, made both planets un -concious by his powerful venom and try to swallow lagna and chandra. Here Kuja is 5th lord- yoga karaka , Guru is 9th lord -yoga karaka , both are mithra to lagnadipathi. Rest u may analyse and see why it is told similiar to Kema Druma yoga ?

I have discussed your horoscope from the Kema Druma angle. There is a dictum that "planets which are weak are bound to cause trouble for the native ." I have said this before ......... we tend to confuse strength intention and influence, with each other. People automatically assume that a debilitated planet is bound to cause trouble, just because it is debilitated. That is not the case. A debilitated planet will act malevolently if he is a natural malefic, owns bad houses, is in a bad house and in addition, lacks digital strength (Shad bala and Astakavarga points). If the dispositor is in a bad shape, take it for granted that trouble is looming on the horizon. No two ways about it.
Now take your case. The moon is in debilitation yes, but he is in the Lagna as the 9th lord. He is a pure benefic for this lagna. Next look at the AV strength. It’s an incredible 7 points and the Shad bala is the highest among the other planets at 8.73 in Rupas. He is in Kumara Avastha and is in Shanta avastha. The moon moreover achieves Neecha bhanga since the dispositor Kuja is exalted. To top it, Chandra is in Jyeshtha Nakshatra whose lord is exalted in the D9. Chandra can do no wrong…….. But yet, he will show his debilitated traits when he is stressed. Have no doubt about that. Chandra is the 9th lord……… and just when you need that vital element of luck, lady luck will go into hiding and at times, all is lost.
Coming to Kema Druma, Chandra in the lagna + Kuja exalted have taken away most harmful effects of the Yoga.

As you said, chandra buktis have been excellent all the time and in general, the dasas/ antardasas of planets which are placed in chandra's nakshatra, sun, venus and saturn, have also been generally good. However, now the chandra dasa is causing some problems may be due to kemadruma yoga and I hope I get over it soon. I see some improvements and hope for the best.

You may have many friends in this forum and so make some of them as ministers or advisors so that they would continue to analyse your horoscope .

Thanks Astroboy. Anyway I only feel now that the kemadruma yoga is acting and I hope it gets over and the Kalpadruma yoga starts acting on me soon. I have already planned to make some of this forum members as ministers in important portfolios. My first priority is to stop the bomb blasts in Mumbai and I dont know who will fit into this challenging position of taking risks and stopping violence.
Anyway I hope Arun does not bring empty bottle after consuming it. Anyway spirit is ethyl alcohol which is C2H5OH, so it is chemistry and so I would not call him naughty. I love chemistry and he also seems to love chemistry .

Say Chandra is in the Navamsha of Kuja in aries. Then Kuja will have to be exalted,or be in a Kendra. Parashara does not mention if the exaltation has to be in the Navamsha. But he definitely has to be in a Kendra in the Navamsha.
