I know there have been a few threads circulating on this forum with Regards to Saturn's Transit to Libra and its possible effects . I decided to open a new Topic & Forum members are welcome to provide feedback/input/insights of Saturn in Libra has had any effect in their lives yet (positive or negative)

I dont think any planet can change things overnight let alone Saturn who is a slow moving planet and delivers results slowly but generally gives long lasting effetcs

I personally believe dashas have say in 90 % in timings the results. If the dasha running is bad, problems will continue even after any planet move to better rashi in transit.

Saturn moving to libra may not be necessarily better for everyone ..exalted planet may give exalted prblms

Dear Astro123,
2 people that I know in the professional circle, lost their jobs.......and another two got better new ones.
one of the two that got a new job was laid off and in her notice period, and before she could finish, she got a better job.

My husband's sales manager....( who has an exalted Shani) won a 15 million dollar contract for the company and is in the limelight.

I responded on Khoo's thread on the same subject( see below) stating that......i was begining to see the shani transit affects a week or two before shani had actually moved.

and khoo rightly pointed out that shani while in Virgo was in chitra which spans across virgo and Libra...hence some of the affects of shani's transit were visible a couple of weeks before.

Normally that wouldn't be so obvious if it was a fast moving planet...but shani is not only the slowest moving heavy-weight planet...but also was moving into it's exaltation house, making this transit a very powerful one....such that it's affect was felt even when shani was in the sandhi-zone.

especially those having natal shani in Libra or 3, 7, 10 houses from it or running shani MD or AD would have started feeling the impact very quickly ...regards

Very true Shilpa jee. Shani is in 10th and also my sade sati started, and I am feeling the difference. Lot of changes taking place on career front..

I just finished 7.5 years of sade sati and was thinking immediately things would be better(oops). But I am having severe career dissatisfaction and am trying to search for a new job. And am still trying to get married. I feel that Rahu-Mer should be ok(Started in april 2010), since Mercury is my lagna(Kanya) lord and in the 11th (along with Rahu).

What Dashas are u running...It may not be related to Saturn but running malefic dasha lords ..Yep, Saturn in 8th in an enemy sign will give obstacles

u r actually going thru a benefic period of 9th lord mercury since 2004..However Merc is weak by placement in the 12th house of loss but a benefic nevertheless .AD lord is 7th lord Moon strong in its own sign..Chart is good overall with Asc lord exalted in the 10th house indicating a very good career..Saturn is in digbala in d-9 also ...Transit of shani is unfavorable from the moon but favorable from the Asc so hopefully he will start giving results steadily

Thanks for the reply. But I am not working rt now. I left my job in 2008. placement of satrun in 10th did not give any good results in career yet. I dont know how far it gives positive result further in career.

As I wrote on another thread, my Saturn is partially combust - at 10 degrees from Sun.

Hence, just as I felt the onslaught of Virgo Saturn somewhat late (after about 4 months!) and felt really oppressed by it only in its last 5 months' stay in Virgo - mostly because I was also running a sub-period of Saturn at that time, I feel I'm also going to get the exalted effect of Saturn somewhat late.

Well, at least I'm out of its Virgo impact.

As I write this, I realise that my Saturn pratyantar has ended only today, so let's hope exalted Saturn in Mercury pratyantar will be good for me, albeit late in giving effect.

Hi Astro123!

I guess it is too early to figure the effects of Saturn transit ...at least in my case . Health has been a cause of concern (nothing serious though). 'Discovered' quite by chance health issue in mid- October. Immigration status pending. Should be clear in a month or two. In the work sphere, landed a real good work assignment this month. I'm pisces moon sign and saggi ascendant. Currently Ve-Sa dasha (till end july 2012).

U may skip the "ji" part...makes it sound like iam an 80 yr old man..!!! It is baffling y Exalted Asc Lord Satrun in the 10th has not given a good career yet..Again I am no astrologer...other members may provide inputs on kllk' chart

Even I am waiting y nothing is workingout for me even with exalted satrun. I have seen my friend who is also having exalted satrun in 10 th like me. She has good job in US and settled in US. Is it true that people who have exalted satrun will settle abroad?

Dear Astro123

I am running dasha of LL Jupiter... Also in the AD of 9th lord Sun..... although in less than a month I'll be into the AD of 8th lord... Eventhough I'm laid off I'm not sure if it's a wholly negative thing...maybe some better job is waiting and Saturn wants me to shake off my lethargy and start looking earnestly
