You are witnessing it now. There is another member of this forum, Sandhya1, whose mom was born just a day after this lady. Lagna is different, so life was smooth and comfortable, with a good husband and children. But life was that of any ordinary prosperous Indian Housewife. Nothing more. That is very surprising for a chart with 3 planets exalted and 2 in OH. However it is upto Sandhya to confirm or put up her mom's details.
For the chart given by Sinecurve, Health is gone due to Ketu in Lagna and both LL (Mer) and Ketu in MB. Another fine point is Ketu is in Ardra, in the Nk of Rahu and Rahu is caught in a vicious Angarak Yoga. Also Rahu is 'Kodanda Rahu" or Rahu in Dhanu. There is a speciality for this rashi, it gives sharp rises and sharp falls. So health is bad but she is not continuously sick. However she is prone to sudden violent bouts of serious illness which simply lays her low, from time to time.

It is like my mother's chart, with so many own house/exalted planets - she had Sat, Jup, Merc exalted; Sun and Venus in own houses. However, unlike this lady she had an equal mix of excellent, good, bad and sad parts in her life.
Birth date is in the same month, same year - I am not sure about time - 11 Sep, 1954, Sukla Chaturdasi, Dhanistha. I remember her lagna to be Libra. She recently got into spiritual practices, I think all those exalted planets are a boon in spirituality. She got everything suddenly with so much ease - devotion, Charity, meditation and all good experiences.
It makes me wonder what combination results in what outcomes finally - with same Mars/Rahu in same nakshatra, my parents were most happy and strikingly good looking couple although it lasted only for two decades. Same exalted Ju gave her a good rise in position and income over years too as 3/6th lord in 10th. As far as I can see, only affliction is 7th lord Mars with nodes in 3H and Saturn aspecting it, cut short an excellent married life and gave troublesome 2nd child (me).
Would love to dig up old records and check her recorded time.

Thanks for giving my mom's example. If you need more details, I can give you. So, her lagna is either Capri or Aquarius. (my dad's lagna is Cancer, so, maybe her lagna is capri only
)....My mom is very intelligent, hyper, aggressive, impulsive, quick -learner (she learnt to drive car at 50). Not a career-woman, but she used to give tuitions and teach at an orphanage (part-time) for quite a long period of time. (she was a popular tutor).
My mom is a great cook, and she is also quite passionate about stitching and knitting works. She's very jugaadu types, she also does plumbing/electrical/mechanical works sometime When she's not angry, she's the best mom, but when she's angry, she sets the whole house on fire...she has no idea what she's speaking then. I won't describe her marriage to be a very happy one. My mom and dad are two completely different personalities. Dad is calm, n intellectual n emotional types. Mom is hyper, practical and aggressive. But since they';re an Indian couple, they somehow pulled it through...Now they're happy and take care of eachother well.
My mom is not fond of makeup, jewellery and expensive dresses either.
I would just describe my mom as a very intelligent woman with a lot of talent and ambitions and a great desire to learn new things, but probably born in a wrong era wherein she could not really have a career of her own and now, has a lot of expectations from her children.
EDIT: Regarding her health, she suffers from anxiety and migraine. Long time ago, she used to suffer from stomache and doctors were not able to detect her problem. Later it turned out that she has stones in gallbladder. A surgery was done (1992)and problem is over ever since.

Exalted Jupiter
The accepted norm with Jupiter exalted, everything in life will happen good in the chart, it
is the panacea for all evils in the chart. This has been repeated for centuries but it is not so;
If Jupiter is exalted, then it implements its sensitive strongest energy in the sign of Aquarius & it
might even destroy one of the significations of the house hosted by Aquarius.
Nutshell
a) Jupiter in Cancer implements its strongest energy in the moolatrikona rasi of Saturn that is Aquarius

Exalted Sat aspecting an exalted Jupiter. By no classical dictum can this be said to be bad. The lady was born in a very respectable family. But the subtle point is - any connection between the 7th L (Jup) and the 9th L (Sat) or 5th L (Ven) brings misfortune and sudden upheavals. Over here all 3 are connected, so misfortune is great.
The above two dictums (Sat-Ven and 7th, 9th, 5th) is given by K N Rao ji, he and his team has tested this over thousands of charts. I have also found it to work very well.

Athletic, would have played hockey in national team if life permitted. No disease / health problems until few years back due to over-indulgence. Time to time she does gets hallucinated but nothing close to serious.... For remedies ask either Ramanan ji or Srinivas Rao ji. I don't think anybody else in this forum can handle such a critical case. I certainly cannot. The connection of the 5th and 8th Ls are too strong. That too with Sat transiting in Nov the 7th fr moon and 5th from Lg and over the natal 8th L.
I don't think she has much time left, but it is entirely my opinion. I can very well be wrong. Do not tell her. But she can recite the Mahamrityunjay Mantra for welbeing and mental peace.
Pl consult any of the above two persons, if you feel concerned. My skills will fail at this level (ayu-vichaar).

MMM was my first suggestion when she was hospitalized. Only thing is I dont believe in someone else doing the mantra for you...it only helps when the person himself does it or is present while the mantra is done.
