By theory, for every Lg the 3rd, 11th, 5th, 7th and 9th signs from the lagna are most suitable. Thus for Simha Lg the most compatible Lagnas are - Libra, Sagi, Aqu, Aries and Gemini.

In matchmaking lagna compatibility , rasi compatibility which is more important... if boy girl lagna is in 5/9 axis but boy girl moon is in 6/8 axis will there be matching between them?

In matchmaking both are important. Moon is the mind (more like the thinking mind) and lagna is the body (also the instinctive mind, one which we are born with). In case of matching 2 people, moon is more imp. Moons is 6/8 will mean that the two will never understand each other.
