There is nothing peculiar in your chart to get worried. you have a nice graha malika yoga formed from 2nd house to 5th house . and nice gajakesari and rajayoga formed in dashamsha. it is a good chart overall. any reason for you getting worried?
Ju being your 5th lord and 8th lord, and is conjoined with lagna lord in the 3rd house which will be favourable for all new initiatives. Overall Ju Dasa should be good.

Ok..Here is my reading for the horoscope.
Lagnesh with 5th in 5th Lord is very good, 9th lord in 9th is another wonderful thing. By the look of things the matter seems to be a temporary one..things will come to you ultimately. I see you are running Ketu-Saturn, in D-1 Ketu is with Mercury in 4rth..Saturn is nicely placed in D-1 and aspects Ketu, saturn is not a good planet for Aries Lagna, hence will cause roadblocks. In 2nd can cause issues relating to amassing wealth, Suggest you to put your wealth in different form, like property, gold etc rather than liquid cash.Saturn 3rd Aspect on Ketu in 4rth creates disturbances in domestic life. Request you to have patience, your patience will be tested..Hence you might have some conflicts within yourself/home/family members which are proving detrimental right now.Saturn is again in 12th in D-9 which is not looking good for this AD of saturn, similar case with Saturn in 12th for D-10
Worship Shani Dev/Hanuman Ji and Ganesh Ji
Things will work fine and start to look up from Nov 2012 as you will go in a relatively better dasha, your D-5 looks good also your 5th house has benefic yoga..so no worries as far as child birth goes.
