Ketu Mahadasha is driving me nuts!!

I am currently in Ketu Mahadasha and it is affecting me negatively. I feel really empty and want to excise all relations from my life. There are times when I am really sociable and times when I just want to crawl into the earth. The worst thing is I feel like leaving my husband. Can someone tell me if this is going to continue for the rest of the dasha?

Ketu is in the NK of Rahu and rahu is in the marana karak sthna in the 9th house..Ketu dasha overall may be troublesome ..ketu is a planet of detachment so is not good for relationships/marriage..Venus MD from 2017 shud be better

I agree with astro123

Ketu is known for detachment from materialistic world and in general. The best way to pass ketu dasha is be little spiritual and do your daily prayers. It would not be possible to feed dogs in singapore, otherwise its one of remedy for ketu.

One more thing, take care of your health; did you have any surgery in recent past?

ThanQ, astro123ji and mannu ji. Mannu ji, I live in London and that is a bit difficult. Anything else I can do? By God's grace, I have not had any surgery and mostly my health is quite good. However, I am having pimples recently on my face. More like skin eruptions. The thing is I've always had clear skin, even in my teenage years.

Ketu MD is going to be troublesome for you. You may have health/skin-related problems.

Ketu creates a feeling of isolation, detachment, and abandonment. So you may feel like leaving family/home/husband/job/place and wander aimlessly or take some spiritual path.

Remedies:
Do this everyday:
1. Offer red flowers and ‘Gud’ (Jaggery) to lord Ganpatijee every day. While worshipping, recite mantra ‘Om Gan Ganpataye Namah’ 108 times.
2. Recite Ganesh Sankatnashan stotra. (once everyday)
3. Light Yoga/stretching exercises/meditation for at least 10 minutes and Nadi Shodhan (alternate nostril breathing)
4. To be healthy: Recite "Maha Mritunjaya Mantra" for 5-10 minutes everyday. Keep a glass of water besides you. After reciting the mantra... blow in the water and drink it immediately.


To remove thoughts of separation from husband and abandoning marriage:
1. recite mantra ‘Om Lakshmi Ganpataye Namah’ 108 times.
2. recite "Datta Bhavani" and/or "Siddha Mangala stotra" everyday. (the idea is Ketu is a shadow lord and is also spiritual in nature, strengthening Guru/Jupiter is necessary to remove thoughts for detachment).
3. Wear "Gauri Shankar" Rudraksha.
4. Recite "Soundarya Lahiri" Verse 1, 6 times, everyday.
5. Recite Parvati stuti, once everyday.

Just be patient.

Ketu is a planet of obstacles and Lord Ganesh is remover of obstacles..this is y praying to Ganesh is recommended during ketu periods

Maybe ,,u have to see planets conjunct with ketu in that house..planets other than rahu aspecting ketu and Ketu's NK lord
