In the ladies case, the 5th lord is with the 8th house lord Shani (who has a natural tendency to induce delay). Guru the significator is Retro. The lord of the house where the 5th lord is placed is debilitated in the D7. I feel medical intervention is necessary. will have a look at your hubby's chart later and give you a final opinion.
