I have L6 and L12 in 11 house along with sun and venus. My asc is aquarius.
I want to know if this conjunction will destroy my 11 house?

I wouldn't worry much about the placement of L6 and L12 in the 11th house, there are other things that should draw your attention. Moon/Saturn Conjunction, also three planets in Mool Nakshatra and Venus at 0 degrees in Mool.
L12 in 11th house, is 12th from 12th, so loss of loss, which is also good, your L12 happens to be your LL, so L12 is a functional benefic. And L6 in 11th is 6th from 6th, means gains from enemies, it is a good placement in upachaya.
You also have a parivartana between L4 and L11, are you interested in the real estate profession?
