heyy..any current news abt baba ramdev???
:)
Basab

Sita,

I have dreamed a lot, whether sleeping, or awake, and a few of my dreams have come true, too, and I am waiting for the rest of them to come true. That can only happen, though, if God wishes that way.

Yeah, Aseem, I know that. I have seen a few of my dreams come true, and I know the rest will also come true, sometime in the future. That keeps me going.

The latest news is that Baba Ramdev is still on fast and now Anna is going to begin fasting again from 8th Jun'11. Looks like ultimately final victory will belong to Baba Ramdev and Anna. :)

Hi Aseem,

Yeahhh...Sun is afflicted by Saturn and is also afflicted by sixth lord Venus. Sun and Saturn combination is not very welcome in any horoscope. The ongoing dasa of Sun in India’s horoscope indicates that there may be opposition to Government and its policies in various parts of the country.

well I do believe in destiny but I m not dependent on it....I cant sit and wait for good md or ad.....I love to rise and fight the problems.....may be coz my 3rd lord Saturn is with my ascendant Mars in 11th house. :)

Sita,

My 3rd lord Jupiter is in the 11th house too, and it is vargattoma. From the 11th house that Jupiter aspects the 3rd house again, strengthening the 3rd house further. My lagna is in the nakshatra of Jupiter the 3rd lord, and Jupiter is in the nakshatra of Venus the lagna lord, but I don't believe in rising and fighting the problems. How do you explain that?

Hi Tanya,

I have always heard that sometimes a stranger comes and solves the biggest puzzle in your life. I think that's exactly what's happened here. You have given a wonderful reply, and I think you are absolutely right with what you have said. Yes, I took up astrology because I was bored with life, though I had a little interest in it too, and spirituality also I took up, because it was something new I was reading, being tired reading novels all the time. I wanted to read something new, to change my taste, i believe.

About trying to read spiritual books, well, that I would say is wrong because in the last 2 years, 80% of the books I have read have been spiritual books, and I have not just read them, but I have re-read them all and go back to them again and again as if it's kind of an addiction.

I liked this line of yours: 'According to me it does not make a difference to you whether ur reading a detective novel or the puranas.' It is so, so true. I read a spiritual book in the same mood that I read a detective novel. So, you are right, I am just killing time, reading those books, and again right that I like spirituality, as a subject of interest, than a way of life.

So, I will say only one thing before I conclude, what you said made a lot of sense to me, and it actually made me realize why I am into spirituality, as in, why I am reading books on it. A big thanks to you for that. After all, a Rahu-Moon person can only understand another Rahu-Moon person, and then, we are same lagna and same rashi as well and running the same dasha as well and born in the same city as well. :)

One thing about my chart though, Sita, from what you explained, Jupiter the 3rd lord in the 11th house aspecting the 3rd house and also vargattoma, all these points became valueless just because Jupiter is in the nakshatra of Venus the 8th lord, when Venus is the lagna lord also. If I tell you that I am a very energetic and hard working person, I am sure you will give the logic of 3rd lor vargattoma, to prove my hardworking nature. I feel in astrology you can make the same chart look like one of a hero and of a villain with great ease. Taking about your chart, the Saturn-Sun connection is more damaging than helpful because Saturn and Sun are bitter enemies, so Saturn the 3rd lord getting connected to the Sun doesn't help at all as far as my understanding goes. By the way, I don't think my 3rd house/lord is so bad that even taking a meal seems work to me. And if this 3rd house of mine was so bad, I wouldn't be having a blog filled with short stories I have written, for which I would definitely give credit to the same 3rd house, which signifies writing as well. And then, my 3rd house has the strongest influence in my chart: 3rd lord vargattoma in the 11th house, with rajayogakarak Saturn, and Sun, Mercury and Mars aspecting the 3rd house. So Jupiter, Saturn, Sun, Mercury and Mars, 5 planets are connected to my 3rd house, with my 3rd lord vargattoma and excellently placed. It has to have some meaning, isn't it?

Anyway, Sita, I am sorry, I brought up my chart. It doesn't hold any interest for me, anymore. I don't want to get my head muddled over my chart, again.

Both my Sun and Saturn ADs in Venus MD were excellent bro....during Sun AD,I topped in my class(I was in school).....and during my Saturn AD I got job  ....let me tell u the biggest hit of my chart...my Sun is placed with Mr.Rahu 8) in 9th house....and Rahu AD was the best part of my life so fatr  ....sometimes I close my eyes and say....Hey RAHU!WHEN WILL U COME AGAIN?

Well, now you know, I guess, why I left astrology! Sun-Rahu which is supposed to be one of the most inauspicious combination when gives excellent results; Saturn-Mars, which is another dreaded combination when gives excellent results, one has to realize this that astrology is more than the basic theories that one learns and thinks himself master of the subject.

When a MARS+SATURN combination exists in a chart, it is generally considered destructive. While you are aware of the destructive nature of this planetary configuration, I can list some of the benefits that it can bring:

1.This combination enhances the ability to think, and brings logic, diplomacy and strategy which will help anybody to survive.

2.The combination increases the person’s ability to take challenges and does not allow them to feel defeated. Therefore, it makes the person rise to the occasion and fight it out and not get a sense of defeat, even when defeated. The Spirit becomes optimistic.

3.While it gives tremendous experience in dealing with life, by making the person go through all kinds of difficult experiences, these very experiences enable the person to rise above the circumstances and become successful.

4.Things which are difficult to change can be changed. It is because of this planetary combination that people or countries can make radical changes which would otherwise take ages. These changes ultimately bring progress.

5.These planets remove laziness and promote action.

6.This planetary connection promotes hard work, which is always good.

7.Mars, when aspecting the Saturn, gives power to Saturn. The power of Mars is energy and action. It makes people awaken to the challenges of life and become action oriented.

8.People who have a restricted boundary of thinking and who are afraid to go beyond these limitations created by themselves, when under pressure of the Mars Saturn conjunction, are forced to break the barriers and go beyond.

I have this combination :D

Mars( 2nd and 7th lord) conjunct with Saturn( 4th and 5th lord)...And i'm running running Sa MD.

Sa-Ma conjunction in 3rd house.

I heard Sa-Ma conjunction acts like ke...and Ju-Ve(in 7th house) conjunction acts like Ra.

Saturn and Mars are enemies, so are Ju and Ve..
