Dev ji , Forget about Rambha , Urvashi and Menaka . Do you know Sita of this forum ??. Its a man in disguise of a Holy name . What a disgrace . The people who come with fake ID's should be lined up and shot . I send this Napumsak a Video yesterday on the other thread . I guessed you missed it . Take a look .

Hi Astroboy:
Menaka is the naughty one .

So experience speaks. You have felt among the three, Menaka is more naughty by experience?  :D

Yes, I felt I was writing to Sitaraman, when I wrote to Sita. I did strongly feel so, but then I answered only based on the content since there are several fake ids and I dont know if there is any method of tracing them. Of course, some get caught on their own, making a fool of themselves by using the same language in each and every id that they use. It is not easy to act for long unless u are the top Hollywood or Bollywood actor.
Anyway whoever uses fake id, he or she is wasting his/her own time and also wasting others time.
I have not seen the video, I will see that.

I am glad this thread has reopened.

OMG! Someone has turned really spiritual.
Basab

I am not spiritual, I am just reading on it as a subject of interest.

Well, what does one gain in reading detective novels, if there is no desire in him to become a detective, what does one gain in watching movies, if there is no desire in him to become a movie actor, what does one gain in listening to music, if he doesn't want to be a musician? Once I get the answer to these questions, I will give an answer to yours.
Basab

Tanya,

Being a detective is a hobby? Being a musician is a hobby? Doesn't every city have a detective department, which take care of the law and order situation of the city? And about music, don't we have famous singers and musicians, who have made big careers in that field?

For a person who has dedicated his life to music, for that person, music is a way of life, for a person who has dedicated his life to solving crimes, that is his way of life.

Whats going on here?
:)

Hi Tanya,

I agree, we cannot compare both the things. I gave a wrong comparison. Sorry. But tell me something, why do I keep reading spiritual books when I am not following what it says in life? That's why I said, I love reading spiritual books, but I am not spiritual and don't want to be that.
Tanya wrote:Hi Basab

Sorry. That should have actually been hobby/profession. I still feel you cannot compare the two. Ofcourse you may not agree.

Aseem,

I seriously have no interest in being a detective or in becoming a musician. All youngsters love reading Sherlock Holmes stories and Agatha Christie's detective novels, but that doesn't mean that everyone wants to become detectives. They may find it thrilling, so they like it. About music, everyone loves to hear songs, but that doesn't mean that everyone wants to be a singer. The same way everyone watches television, so that doesn't mean, everyone wants to work in the television industry. About spiritual books, maybe, I like them because I am unhappy with life. It gives me peace of mind, so I like them, I feel. But I don't want to be spiritual because I have my desires, which I want to see fulfiled, and which spirituality wants me to forget.

He will study those things or learn those things who have real interest in them. You talk about detective, musics a lot, looks like you have real interest in these things. It shows in your way of writing.

That's true, Aseem. I agree with you, completely. About me, neither do I underestimate myself, nor do I overestimate myself. I see myself exactly as I am. I don't know what kind of people this kind of thinking will attract: must be those who estimates themselves exactly as they are. :)
Basab

Aseem,

Being positive means overestimating your abilities; same way, being negative means, underestimating your abilities. Both are wrong, according to me. I feel one should estimate himself correctly, and when he does that, he will neither be positive, nor be negative, but be what he exactly is. That is being honest to yourself, and that is what I think is the right thing to do.
Basab

Yeah, you are right, being positive is important in difficult situations.
Basab

Aseem,

It's because reality is reality. If you are in difficulty, you are in difficulty, and being positive means, being unrealistic, and no one can stay in that unrealistic mode for long. If nothing is working for you, how many times you say to yourself, everything will be fine, you know, you are just consoling yourself. That is why it is difficult to be positive when things are not going your way.
aseem82 wrote:Now basabji,

do you know why people can't think themselves positive in difficult times? What stops them to do so? Why psychotherapy often fails?
Basab

The astrological points you have made are excellent, Aseem.
Basab

Aseem,

I agree with you. Reality definitely hurts. And you know, I am a senti person, so it hurts me more than it does others. I agree with you that one should keep having false hopes, to survive the negative life.
Basab

Yeah, man, can't help it. I shed jugful of tears everyday. Glad to know you liked the signature. :) Yeah, we are humans--the dog part is not to be taken literally. Like there's another saying, which is my favourite: 'every dog has his day'.
Basab

Why doesn't the dogs like the saying? Please explain.
Basab

Aseem,

I am realistic, as in, I know what I am, and what I can expect from life, but at the same time, I am a dreamer too. And I believe that my dreams will come true, one day, and like every dog, I will have my day, too. About astrology, I don't know whether it gives hope or not. It has the potential to make a person really depressed if it is misused, of course.

You have to dream before your dreams can come true.
