Girls born in Moola sometimes act like a "Girgit" ( Girgit is the Hindi name for the animal which changes its colour - a chamaeleon ) . What they hold sacrosanct today is trash tomorrow . And all other factors being equal , They have issues with relationships and marriages . I have seen quite a few such Girgits in my life .. I Think Swamy Cool Ji would also endorse me .
It may be hard to digest the word chamaeleon, then the above quote would be an identical replacement for the same.astroboy wrote:by astroboy » Sun May 15, 2011 11:16 am
What they hold sacrosanct today is trash tomorrow
The key here lies with the way the person thinks . The flaw is in their thought process . Chandra in the nakshatra of Ketu , specially this Nakshatra cannot do well, and when aspected by a malefic , the moon turns evil , when in this Nakshatra . They are ruthless like you rightly said . Fickle they are not . That is for sure . They goals are flawed , their thinking is flawed , and their actions are flawed . No doubt about it .
Don't worry, its only one Nk and one planet in the whole chart. One must never go by generalisations in a chart. Let me give you an example, take Vrishchik Rashi or Scorpio. It has three Nks, Vishakha, Anuradha and Jyeshtha. Now each Nk has 4 padas or divisions each ruled by a different planet. Scorpio has the last pada of Vishakha and the full Nks of both Anuradha and Jyeshtha. Thus it has three broad kinds of personalities. Of these three there are nine padas (1 of vishakha and 4 of Anuradha and jyeshtha each) so nine variations or sub personalities (the nk padas are very imp because they decide where in the navamsha the planet will be). All these in a single rashi!! So you'll never find two scorpios exactly alike. Same for every other rashi.SwamyKool jee spot on analysis, though we may not be as ruthless as Astroboy makes it appear. Am Moola Nakshatra and it's an interesting comparison to chameleons/girgits. Guess I've just become more aware of my actions and try not to let the characteristics of the NK influence me. Or my house placement helps me be less ruthless than made to sound. Moola is known to be very unfortunate and an instant destructor with a windfall. Experienced it

what do you think of my comment since you seem to understand Mula well
cheers.

funny enough that you consider Mula as a chamaeleon; I understood that it's P.Shada which changes colour & re-invent itself periodically.

Your Moon falls in the 3rd pada of Mula. This pada is ruled by Mercury and the navamsha falls in Gemini. Thankfully, it is the least troublesome pada in the Mula nakshatra. The motivation is relationships and intellectualism rather than power, position or money. No offense taken, I accept and always seek criticism. One thing I do know is I'm not ruthless and have been asked by many to be ruthless to survive in today's world! I'm born in Moola 3rd Pada. (July 11th 1984, 19:58, Mumbai) My name doesn't start with the nakshatra alphabet though (Bh), any idea on the conflicts it can cause?

Nowadays people do many funky things with numerology. But changing your name from Rajesh to Raajesh only improves the numerologist's pocket book, nothing more.
