My DOB is 27th Jan 1982 at 5:45 am at Chalisgaon(MH) India. And my wife's date of birth is 11th March 1988 at Sangamner (MH) India.
We got recently married in December.But our married life is not happy.
In my Navamansa chart Venus and Jupiter are in seventh house in Aquarius sign.
Can married life will be fruitful in future or is there are chances of separation.

apart from the factors u have mentioned the major concern for me is lagna has mandi and gulika and the lagna lord mercury is in the 7th marana karaka sthaana weakening the 7th house significations as that conglomeration involves the maraka 2nd lord moon, badhakesh 7th lord jupiter and the 12th lord venus.
The parivartanas which you have mentioned are not all that bad. Between moon and venus as 2nd and 12th lords mean that you will spend as you earn. No net savings. But between saturn and mars it is ok.
You need to propitiate jupiter to see some overall happiness in life.
Listen to dakshinamurthy stotra daily. Observe silence for 48 minutes daily from the time you get up. Visit dakshinamurthy shrine on every thursday.
Try to use as much yellow as possible.
All the 4 major transits this year are favourable to you which can bring in some relief.

You are running Jupiter-Venus where Venus is the 6th & 11th lord for your Lagna. By this year end, this period will be over and at the same time Ashtama Sani in transit would have left Virgo. The period of Jupiter-Sun will be good. Pray to Lord Rama on a daily basis and also try to observe Ekadasi Fast.
In your wife's chart, She is running Venus-Moon and both are placed in 6/8 to each other. Ask her to pray to Lord Shiva regularly. I dont see anything menacing. So, dont worry.
