Thx in addtion I alo think following factors may be acting. Let me know your thoughts
Ra is in the 6th...a power place for Ra to be and has an amsabala of 3 ( whihc for a natural malefic like Rahu is quite strong)
Rahu is in the Nakshatra of Surya...whihc is Lord of Asc. and strong in it's digbala house of 10th.
Rahu is also aspecting the 10th.
Also Sa is weakedn throuhg Combustion
Most of his growth and conquest enemies have occured in the Rahu period.

What about professional enemies....the power of Sun in YK Mars nakshatra and Ra in Sun's nakstra will still be supporting the native.
OR would these powers become less than the power of a combusted Sa during the Sa mahadasa?

Maybe you can call rahu diplomatic in today's corporate parlance. Actually, Rahu will be curbed by being in Sun's star and the same with saturn as he is in the star of moon. It may be a bit difficult to read this person in the first meeting. regarding the aspect. a retro planet is seen as aspecting from the previous house bcos it is retro.

Can you please write about Amsa bal significations? JHORA calculates it but I didn't know how to interpret. What if a functional malefic has high amsa bal- Will it prove to be even worse or will it become less so?
what is the the threshold- high or low amsabal?

Do u think retro planets have aspects from previous house? If we consider then it will become so many aspects and the chart becomes lenghty to analyse. See i have four retro planets (Ju, mar, sat and mer) So do u think it all have aspect from previous house? Why it do not apply in Rahu-ketu?

I hve mithuna lagna,n 6th lord Mars is in 3rd in leo in NK of ketu,so aspects 6th house.so is tht signifies tht I need to show courage/communication skill to deal wid enimies?One more thing i wanted to share as my 11th lord is also Mars,I experienced like I hve very little enemies or might be hidden,i dont know.but whatever little fight I had in past was such tht enemies turned in to a good friends!!!is it coz 6th & 11th lord are same?

Mars is a malefic, no doubt for mithuna. He being in the nakshatra of Ketu is ok. Mars in the 3rd by itself gives courage. We will haveto see the dasa of Mars as to how it has operated regarding friendship and gains. A retro planet is seen to be aspecting from the previous bhava. Now,check the aspects on Mars and the position of Sun in your chart, before coming to a conclusion.

My query is still in the air. Well, for virgo lagna mars is most malefic bcz being the lord of 3rd and 8th. But what if this mars (retro) placed in 12th and aspect to 6th. Does it mean i can vanish the enemies? Somewhere i read that if malefic planets getting retro then it becomes benefic for chart and if benefic planets getting retro then it becomes malefic for chart, If benefic retro placed in dusthana then it gives good result, and malefic retro placed in kendras and konas give good result. Are all these beliefs true?

Eighth lord in lagna may not be great but check the aspect it receives and also the power of the lord of the star he is placed in. More over what about the lagna lord? There are many good significations to the 8th apart from death and accidents. It can reveal a thing or two about the legacy you are going to get. It can also reveal some spiritual potential in you. Instead of taking the combo verbatim, look at it from all angles. Its navamsa position, its amsabala and the avastha the planet is in.

Astrology is a door with which u see things, it is not the be-all-and-end-all of life, and astrology can be of no special help in removing yr confusion. The problem is not in answering a query, if i dont do it then somebody else certainly will,but you are expecting things to happen to you. No no! Try and put efforts to go out and make it happen,.whether it is learning astrology or anything else for that matter, it works only that way. If i predict a bad period then u will start worrying abt it from now on and spoil a good present. And if I predict abt a good period then u will wait for it and if it doesnt fructify then u will look for a different combination. It never works that way.

C, unless u come out of this vicious cycle, its going to be difficult, planets or no-planets. There is a tremendous scope for all of us to improve ourselves in any area we choose. If the present is the making of the past then the future certainly can be made better by the present.

Discussing astrology is one thing and depending upon or expecting something out of the way and gimmicky to happen is another. Go and tell a man who slogs it out in the fields from dawn-to-dusk that all his 9 planets are debilitated. He will laugh at u.

Thanks for ur advice. From now i will try to do work and if i fail, i again try it and one day the time comes when i get success. It is my destiny that took me here at LOVA. I gained a lot from the experts like you, astrosonu, reveribhavji, astroboy ji, aseem, basab... . from this forum. Thanks sir for opened my eyes. It was my fault that i come here to take a help from this forum. Dont worry sir, i m not upset with you. I m just upset with myself that why i am wasting my time and energy here to get the knowledge of astrology. You are right if you say any good period for me then i will sit and wait for that and will not do anything. If you say any bad period for me i will get sentimental and start worrying abt it and spoiling my good present. First i will improve my self then i will do for to become successful in life. I know one day i will get success in my life and not only success but i will make an ample platform for my next generation, so they can never think to take a hand of anyone.
