Dear Abhilashasinha.
She can do well in working with elder brother and not as independent business person ,because the other factors such as 10th lord etc are not well placed and though ascendant lord aspecting the11th lord Jupiter in10th , but Saturn is lord of 12th house as well. Besides that Ketu is aspecting the Jupiter and dispositor of 11th lord , i.e Mars is in 12th ,not a good placement for business success.
She can do better in some teaching line or some other work related to education or training etc,Of course she will having good earning after some time .
