is jupiter truly in vyaya or bordering on lagna???

hi all,
If jupiteris in vyaya bhave but posited at 24 and half degrees in it, then is it true it shows effects of the lagna bhava as well? my suspicion towards this is mainly because, jupiter would then be at the darker half of the vyaya bhava and only 5.5 degrees away from lagna.
if i am right, then what would be its effest in vyaya and lagna w.r.t each other.
vyaya bhava is aquarius and lagna is piesces.
i would very much appreciate a feedback from all learned members of the community.

Dear Omkara-
How Jupiter will behave in this case ,depends upon the degrees at which ascendant is rising ,If we go by signsonly , then Jupiter is very much in 12th and in the same sign , But if the matter is examained on the basis of bhava-division and ascendant is rising in initial say upto 10 degrees or so , then in BHAVA-Division , it may fall in ist bhav itself. and its effect may also change accordingly
