I am not an expert but try to give you the details:
I am of the opinion that after 09.10.2012 the chances of you getting conceived is there. Moon Maha dasa would start from this date and end on 09.10.2022. If I take the 7th house as your 3rd child as you have informed that you had two failed medical treatment I am considering these are two abortions. The 1st Child is from 5th and 2nd child from 7th and the 3rd from 9th house. Hence I am taking the 3rd child as the child which would come into this world.
The antara dasa lord should be seen from the trines to the lord of the issue (here Jupiter is the lord of the issue) and any planet placed in the trines,7,12 from Jupiter would bring the child in its antara
So when we take your Jupiter from the d-7 chart there are no planets in the trines nor in the 7th house but in the 12th house Rahu is placed which is 12th from Jupiter. So Rahu antara would bring in the child. The antara of Rahu would be from 06.03.2014-09.09.2015.
So the above details should bring in child . The issue would be a male issue.
