Umm, not wealthy but upper middle class perhaps. Although in their family the present generation has risen up the ranks (materially) I'd say from their ancestor's times. My concern was will he be single-mindedly focussed on becoming bigger professionally at the expense of other things? You said we can't point finger at either, so probably they deserve each other?

I used to be stubborn and still am. Life however has made a little more flexible or am slowly inching there (I'd like to think). A neech planet is a neech planet !! I have it so i know !! Yes Neechbhang could help to an extent but I did not even comment about any materialistic benefits as such. My analysis was totally focused on the relationship part or factors driving it !! The issue is the uneasiness some planets face in few signs and Conjns.
9L in 5H is itself a Raja Yoga and with MA ...aspecting 11H . Its good !! Engineer ??

The neechbhang happens more than one way !! Moon should always be free from any Conjn or Aspects....atleast the malefic ones. Moon (mind) might get confused when placed with contradictory behaving planets. One is expansion and other is contraction. One is academic and other is street smart ...its gets slight messy actually !!

Yes....an afflicted 4H(house of residence) does not indicate foreign travel. There has to be a connection betwn 3H (short travel) 9H ( Long travel / higher studies) and 7H / 12H indicating foreign land. Rahu / Ketu is also a planet to watch for ....its indicates foreigners / travel abroad. But if 4H is afflicted specially if SA / Nodes placed there or aspect it....some dissatisfaction in life is promised.

I am sorry, I wasn't questioning your answer. Its not that I want to marry this guy and so I am trying to have it my way. I am just trying to understand the concept and logic behind the way by which we choose better matches.
For e.g. if someone tells me don't marry Mr. A then I would think that marrying him will make me unhappy in some way.
Then, if I am told that my married life (from my chart) is going to be not-so-good, then I'd think it could be one of two things:
a) my chart alone shows an unhappy married life which is independent of who I marry
b) my chart shows I'll marry someone who will make my married life unhappy
If its a) then it shouldn't matter if I married Mr. A cos I'd be unhappy no matter who I marry. That leaves option b) and marrying Mr. A will fulfil that option (and destiny), cos this way I personally chose to marry someone who will make me unhappy.
I am not sure if my logic makes sense. I am sure things won't be as black and white as I am making them out to be. I'd just like to know how I will know when I find a chart, if its a good match. Do correct me.

Wow...u have a cluttered 7th house with 4 planets in it...MKS for Mercury who happens to be Asc Lord, Jupiter in own sign and is L7/L10.All these 4 planets receive an aspect from planet of delay- lord saturn although Saturn is exalted in the 5th house..Saturn alone has good strength and excellent placement..Could give u some very good results
Rahu in the 12th takes a native abroad generally speaking--dont know if that is or has been the case with you
In the navamsa- ketu is a bit of a worry-could indicate either seperation or a spiritually minded spouse..i think more of the latter since it gets benefic aspect of jupiter
Jupiter is L7 in both natal chart and navamsa so he is the single biggest factor in getting u married
U r under MD of Sun But Sun is in the 8th and 8th is known for obstructions/delays etc and that is why u prob did not get married in the jupiter Ad that just ended last month

Yes Jupiter transit for 1 year in aries from mid 2011-mid 2012 could help u as it will aspect the 7th house .At the same time Saturn in transit will also aspect the 7th from nov 2011 so there will be a double transit happening in ur 7th..lets see whats in store for u then

Yes Jupiter transit for 1 year in aries from mid 2011-mid 2012 could help u as it will aspect the 7th house .At the same time Saturn in transit will also aspect the 7th from nov 2011 so there will be a double transit happening in ur 7th..lets see whats in store for u then

I am under pressure to get married as I am getting older and feel indecisive about marriage, especially arranged marriage. I have been told marriage will be between 24-30 years, but then some years later I have been told marriage only after 30 years of age. Feeling confused now.
I would be very grateful if the learned members here could tell me during which conducive period I'd be very likely to marry and how my married life/spouse will be.
On one hand taking a wise decision is better than taking a hasty one but then on the other hand I feel getting married after 30 affects some things negatively.
