This is the chart of my close friend.
Can anyone share the general analysis of this chart.

POB: Mumbai, India
TOB: 05:15:00
1) Sun 12L is debilitated in 2nd house. Is the weak 12L good ? Also the dispositor Venus is in the lagna. However it is debilitated. Is there any scope for NBRY ?
2) Lagna lord & 2L venus are in parivartana. But mercury is combust & venus debilitated.
3) 11L moon is in 2nd house
4) Venus the 2L & 9L is in lagna .. but less strength due to debilitation
5) Jupiter 4L & 7L in the 3rd house. It is debilitated in navamsa & afflicted by Ketu in the D1
also does mercury & jupiter hv kendradhipati dosha ?
Basically its too confusing about how to predict the behavior of planets due to multiple combination?
Can you gurus shed some light on the finance & married life of this individual ?
Some important points abt the native:
1) Good education. BE from Mumbai in May 2005
2) After graduation worked in an IT MNC in mumbai & got a chance to goto US on Business visa for 3 months in early half 2007.
3) currently doing MS in USA from Dec 2009 & is single
4) From a lower middle class family. Father expired in 1993. Mother had to go thru lot of hardships to bring up him & his elder brother.
5) Elder brother is currently is in Africa working
