You are going through the dasha of the 3rd lord who is in the 8th house. The 3rd house is a house of "Self development and improvement " being a Upachaya house. The 3rd lord being in the 8th house of (debt's and "losses") is not a desired placement in the least.
The Antar dasha is if Rahu. Rahu is in the 4th house ( Happiness and Peace of mind, Home ) aspecting the 10th house ( Career ) and is posited with the 8th lord Guru and the 12th lord KUja. Thus Rahu will give the effects of the 8th and the 12th ( End of everything , expenditures )
However Rahu AD will finish in 2010 september. I am not saying that things will be great after that, because of the MD effects and the next AD being of the 8th lord Guru himself, But things will definitely ease out and give you some relief.
I have no other advice for you. I dont know whether you listen to sufi, but I suggest you try it out. I have used it to good effect to calm me down. Let me tell you what i listen to every day, Its a track called "Chadta Suraj dheere dheere" by Zahid Nazan. after 8.5 minutes of that, there is nothing I want more in life other than being with God. when you do this you will find peace of mind and a strange sense of calm which will enable you to think straight. Once you are on this platform intelligent decisions will flow and that will save you from future trouble.

In my knowledge, If 11th lord is placed in 3rd house, it is the good to start a new business/venture.
I want to ask that suppose 11th lord is moon and it is debiliated in 3rd but this moon is getting great strength in shadbala. What its effect? The person started new business, it ran for two years and there after going down. If chart see from moon, again third lord placed in 11th house. So is it good for new venture?
